DPD also charge a London Congestion surcharge of £0.75 per consignment, which will apply to the following Postcode Areas:

The above services do not apply to the following postcodes:

Delivery FAQs

Can I return an order?
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have seven days to return it from the date of receipt.

To return your order, please send an email to customerservice@consorcio.co.uk, indicating the order number and reason for return.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Unless the return is due to a defective product, the shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount by bank transfer to the account number indicated, or replace the order in the case of defective products.
Can I cancel or change an order?
We’re in the process of automating our warehouse and your order will start to be processed as soon as possible. When it has started to be processed you cannot make any changes to/cancel your order.

You can however return your order to us - see question above.
Where is my order?
In your shipping confirmation there is a tracking link which you can use to find your order's current location. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation, please email customerservice@consorcio.co.uk and we'll help clear that up for you.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with information on your purchase. When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In the shipping confirmation you will find a tracking link which you can use to follow your order all the way to your home.
When do deliveries take place?
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8am - 8pm with the exception of Saturday delivery services where goods will be delivered between 8am - 5pm. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.
Can I have my goods delivered to a different address?
On first time orders all UK deliveries can be delivered to your home or alternative business address. For returning customers goods can be delivered to any requested alternative address.
What if I’m out when the courier makes an attempted delivery?
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office. If you have any further problems with delivery please email our customer service team at customerservice@consorcio.co.uk

Delivery Service Cut Off Times

Orders must be placed by 12pm from Monday to Thursday, for delivery the following day on our Next Working Day delivery service (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).

Please note that orders placed on Fridays before 12pm with our Next Working Day delivery service, the delivery will be made on the following Monday (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Working Day service will arrive on Tuesday.

VAT Exempt Sales Information

If your residence is Free from chargeable VAT we will automatically deduct the VAT from your purchase once an order has been processed and paid for including VAT. The current legislation allows every customer who lives in Switzerland and the Channel Islands to be VAT Exempt.
